24x7 Customer Care Home Maintenance Services L.L.C ("we", "us", "our") operates the website 24x7customercare.tech and provides home appliance repair and maintenance services across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman. We respect your privacy and only collect the information we genuinely need in order to repair your appliance.

Information you give us

• Your name — so our technician knows who they are meeting.
• Your phone or WhatsApp number — to confirm the appointment and call you on arrival.
• Your email address — only if you choose to email us or request a written quotation.
• Your emirate, area and address — to send the nearest technician to the correct location.
• Appliance details — brand, model and a description of the fault, so we bring the right spare parts.
• Photos you send us — if you choose to send a picture of the fault by WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically

• Pages viewed, time on page and the link that brought you here.
• Device type, browser and approximate city-level location.
• Anonymous statistics about which buttons visitors use, so we can improve the site.

2. How we use your information

• To contact you about your repair request and agree an appointment time.
• To dispatch a technician with the correct tools and spare parts.
• To provide a quotation, an invoice and your written warranty document.
• To contact you within the warranty period if you report the same fault again.

We store the message in our business WhatsApp account only for as long as needed to complete and warranty the job.
