Which areas do you cover in the UAE?
We cover all of Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman — including Dubai Marina, JLT, Downtown, Business Bay, Mirdif, Al Barsha, Al Nahda, Al Majaz, Muweilah, Khalifa City, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Al Reem Island, Al Nuaimiya, Al Rashidiya and every surrounding community. If you are not sure whether we reach you, just call — the answer is almost always yes.
How quickly can a technician reach me?
In most areas a technician is with you within 60 to 90 minutes. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so late-night and weekend breakdowns are handled the same day rather than being pushed to next week.
Do you charge for inspection and diagnosis?
The inspection charge is fully waived when you approve the repair — so the diagnosis effectively costs you nothing. You always receive a fixed written price before any work begins, and you are free to decline.
Do you give a warranty on your repairs?
Yes — a 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. If the same fault returns inside that period we come back and repair it again free of charge. You receive the warranty in writing at the end of the job.
Which appliance brands do you repair?
All major brands, including Samsung, LG, Bosch, Siemens, Whirlpool, Daikin, O General, Carrier, Hitachi, Panasonic, Sharp, Toshiba, Electrolux, AEG, Miele, Ariston, Indesit, Hoover, Candy, Beko, Haier, Hisense, Midea, Super General, Westpoint, Teka, Smeg and Zanussi. If your brand is not listed, call us — we almost certainly cover it.
Are your technicians experienced and vetted?
Yes. Every technician is trained and experienced, background-checked, uniformed and carries company ID. We are a licensed UAE company, and every repair carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labour.
Do you use genuine spare parts?
We fit OEM parts where available whenever they are available. If a part has been discontinued by the manufacturer we will tell you clearly before fitting a high-grade equivalent — and the 90-day warranty still applies either way.
Do you work on weekends and public holidays?
Yes — Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Eid and all UAE public holidays, with no weekend surcharge. Appliances do not check the calendar before they break.
What if my appliance cannot be repaired?
No fix, no fee. If we cannot repair it you pay nothing for the visit, and we will give you an honest opinion on whether replacing it makes better financial sense than repeated repairs.
Do you repair commercial and restaurant appliances?
Yes. We service villas, apartments, hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, laundries, offices and facility-management contracts across all four emirates.

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card and bank transfer. You pay only after the repair is completed and you have seen the appliance working. A proper invoice is issued for every job.
