Manufacturer service agents only work on their own brand, and usually only within the warranty period. We are a third-party repair company: our technicians work across many brands, we source parts from the open market as well as from trade suppliers, and we will tell you honestly when a repair is not worth doing. If your appliance is still under manufacturer warranty, use the manufacturer's own service channel first — using us may affect that warranty.
