The same symptom can have several different causes, and the part needed is not knowable until the appliance is opened and tested. A washing machine that will not drain might need a AED 250 pump or a blocked hose cleared for less. Publishing a "from" figure and confirming on site is the honest way to do it — the alternative is a single headline price that quietly grows once the technician is in your kitchen.
What we will not do is give you a number over the phone, start the job, and then discover a reason it costs more. The figure you approve after diagnosis is the figure you pay.
Parts are quoted separately and approved before work begins. We use OEM parts where available, and disclose high-grade equivalents before fitting — including when a part has been discontinued by the manufacturer. The 90-day warranty applies either way.
Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labour, and warranty visits are free including the call-out. Full detail on the warranty terms page.
Cash, card or bank transfer, due on completion once the appliance has been tested in your presence. We issue an invoice for every job, with VAT shown separately.

Premium built-in appliances can carry higher parts costs than the starting prices above; where that applies to your machine, the technician will tell you at the diagnosis stage, before you approve anything.
