We are a licensed UAE repair company working across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, 24 hours a day. Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labour, and the call-out is waived when you approve the work. If your appliance is still under Bosch warranty, use Bosch's own service channel first — an independent repair may affect that cover.
We service Bosch washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens and hobs. Every fault is tested and confirmed before any part is replaced, and you approve the price before work starts.
These are codes we are called out for on Bosch appliances in the UAE. A code narrows the search — it does not name the broken part on its own, which is why every job starts with a test rather than a guess.
Bosch labels E16 / F16 'Door open'. The machine has not registered the door as securely closed and locked, so the cycle will not start or halts. Bosch's stated first step is simply to close the door; if the code will not clear, book a service visit.
Usually: The door has not clicked fully home - most often because the drum is overfilled or a garment is caught in the door seal. If the door is genuinely shut and the code persists, the door interlock itself is the usual suspect.
Bosch states E18 means there is no drainage of water, and you may notice water left in the tank. Bosch names a blocked pump or a kinked/blocked drain hose as the likely reasons, and treats it as often user-fixable (emergency drain, clean the pump filter, straighten the hose). F18 and d02 are the identical fault on other Bosch models. Avoid asserting a specific timeout mechanism -- Bosch does not describe one.
Usually: A blocked pump filter (lint, coins, buttons), debris jamming the drain pump impeller, or a drain hose that is kinked, blocked or pushed too far into the waste pipe.
Bosch states that E15 / F15 means the water protection (anti-flood) system is activated. Bosch explicitly recommends NOT attempting to resolve it at home for health and safety reasons, and instructs the owner to close the water tap, switch off the appliance, and book an engineer visit. The base-pan float switch and continuously running drain pump are accurate mechanism detail but are trade knowledge, not Bosch's own wording -- present them as background.
Usually: Water leaking down into the base from a hose connection, sump, spray arm feed, tub seal or the tub itself. Bosch advises closing the tap, switching the appliance off and booking a technician rather than attempting it at home.
Bosch states that E24 / F24 indicates the dishwasher cannot pump its waste water away, and names a blocked pump as a likely reason -- with a blocked or kinked drain hose, clogged filter, or obstructed siphon as the common real-world causes. Dirty water standing in the base of the tub is the usual symptom. Bosch treats it as user-fixable first (unblock the pump/filter/hose); only if that fails does Bosch instruct you to close the water tap, switch off, and book an engineer.
Usually: A clogged filter or coarse strainer, food debris or glass jamming the drain pump impeller, a loose pump cover, or a kinked / blocked waste hose or blocked sink-siphon connection.
Bosch states that dryer error code E09 occurs because of a fault with the electronics, and that it can only be eliminated by an experienced engineer. It is not a user-clearable filter, lint or load-related fault -- the appliance needs a technician.
Usually: A fault in the control electronics or the associated heating circuit. Bosch's UAE support page for this code directs owners to an experienced engineer rather than a self-help fix.
Bosch sells into the UAE under numbered Serie tiers: Serie 2 through Serie 8 across dishwashers, Serie 4, 6 and 8 ovens, and Serie 4 and 6 washing machines. Fridges and freezers are listed by type instead — fridge-freezers, single-door, side-by-side and freezers.
Bosch runs UAE-specific spare-part pages and keys every order to the E-Nr. printed on the appliance rating plate. Reading that number to us first speeds up any parts quote. Bosch states its own functional spares are generally available for a long window after production ends; that is the manufacturer's claim, not our guarantee.
We confirm the exact part, its availability and the expected wait with you before the repair is approved. Where an original part is discontinued or slow to source, we say so and tell you what the alternative is before anything is fitted — including whether it is an OEM part or a high-grade equivalent.
We serve Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays, with no out-of-hours surcharge. Our registered office is in Ajman and our technicians travel to you.
No. UNITECH HOME BUILDING MAINTENANCE L.L.C, trading as 24x7 Customer Care, is an independent appliance repair company. We are not an agent for Bosch and we have no affiliation with the manufacturer. We repair Bosch washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens and hobs as an independent third party. If your appliance is still inside its manufacturer warranty, you may prefer to go through the manufacturer's own channel first, because an independent repair can affect that warranty.
That pattern usually goes with a drain fault, which Bosch machines report as E18 or F18. It means the machine could not empty within the time it expects. The three usual causes are a blocked pump filter, debris jamming the drain pump, or a kinked or blocked drain hose. Cleaning the pump filter is something many owners can do themselves once the machine has cooled and the power is off. If it comes straight back, the pump or the pressure sensing is the next thing to check and we can attend across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi.
E15 means the water-protection system has detected water in the base of the machine, and the pump often keeps running as a result. Switch the dishwasher off and close the water tap. Bosch's own advice is not to attempt this one at home, because the float only tells you water has arrived in the base - it does not tell you where the leak is coming from. Draining the base without finding and fixing the leak just brings the fault back and risks water damage to the kitchen. We are available 24/7 if it needs looking at the same night.
The call-out charge is waived when you go ahead with the repair we quote. If you decide not to proceed after diagnosis, the call-out applies. We tell you what the repair involves before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
Yes. We give a 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour on the repair we carry out. If the same fault returns within that period, we come back to it. The warranty covers the work we did - it is not a warranty on the appliance as a whole, and it does not cover a new and unrelated fault.
Two things speed everything up. First, the error code showing on the display, if there is one - E16, E18, E23, E15, E24 and similar codes tell us a lot before we arrive. Second, the model number from the rating plate, which Bosch labels E-Nr. It is usually on the door frame of a washing machine or dishwasher, inside the fridge cabinet, or around the oven door edge. Parts are matched to that number, so having it ready means we can check availability before the visit.
We cover Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi, and we operate 24/7. A leaking dishwasher, a fridge that has stopped cooling in mid-summer or an oven that has died before guests arrive does not wait for office hours, so neither do we.
Usually it is worth diagnosing before you decide. A fridge that runs but does not cool is a different problem from one that is completely dead - it often points to airflow, defrost or the sealed cooling system rather than the appliance being finished. We diagnose first and tell you what the repair involves, so you can make the call on repair versus replace with the actual fault in front of you rather than a guess.
Call-out fees, VAT and what each repair typically costs are set out on our pricing page. What the 90-day cover includes, and what it does not, is on warranty terms.
