We are a licensed UAE repair company working across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, 24 hours a day. Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labour, and the call-out is waived when you approve the work. If your appliance is still under Electrolux warranty, use Electrolux's own service channel first — an independent repair may affect that cover.
We service Electrolux washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators and ovens. Every fault is tested and confirmed before any part is replaced, and you approve the price before work starts.
These are codes we are called out for on Electrolux appliances in the UAE. A code narrows the search — it does not name the broken part on its own, which is why every job starts with a test rather than a guess.
The machine has not taken in water, or has not taken in enough water, within the time the cycle allows — so it stops rather than washing dry. Electrolux points first at the supply side: tap turned off or partly closed, a blocked filter in the inlet hose or at the valve, a kinked or trapped hose, or mains pressure outside the required 0.5–8 bar. Electrolux also notes a drain fault can present as E10 on some models. E11 and C1 are the same fault.
Usually: Closed or partly open tap, kinked or crushed inlet hose, a blocked inlet filter screen at the hose connection, low building water pressure (common in older Dubai and Sharjah blocks), or a failed inlet valve.
The machine cannot pump the water out within the time the cycle allows, so it stops mid-programme with water still in the drum. Usual causes are a blocked drain pump filter, a kinked, blocked or badly routed drain hose, a blocked sink standpipe or siphon, or a failing drain pump. E21 and C2 are the same fault.
Usually: Blocked drain pump filter (coins, hair, lint), clogged or badly routed drain hose, blocked household waste pipe, or a seized or failed drain pump.
The dishwasher cannot pump its water away, so it halts mid-cycle and normally leaves standing water in the base of the tub. Electrolux's checks: clogged interior filters and sump, a damaged, kinked or twisted drain hose, a drain hose run longer than 400 cm or an outlet point outside the 40–85 cm height range, and — on a newly installed or newly moved machine — the blanking plug still in place in the sink siphon trap. The same fault appears as C2, F2, AL6 or two beeps on models without a full display.
Usually: Clogged filter and sump, food debris in the drain pump impeller, kinked drain hose, or a blocked sink waste or air gap connection.
The anti-flood system has detected water collecting in the base of the machine and has shut the cycle down to stop it flooding the kitchen. Turn the water supply off first. It is not always a real leak: Electrolux names excess foam (too much detergent, or the wrong type) and a spray arm blocked by a large item such as an oven tray — which drives water onto one point of the door seal — as common triggers, alongside poor levelling and dirty or damaged filters, sump and door gasket. Electrolux's own first step is to switch off at the mains with the tap closed and leave it overnight so foam disperses, then retry. If it recurs, it needs a technician.
Usually: A leaking door seal, hose or spray arm joint, a cracked sump or tub, over-foaming from the wrong detergent, or a float switch stuck up after a previous spill.
F1 (and F2) on the display indicate a thermostat problem — the appliance cannot reliably sense and hold its set temperature. Unlike most laundry and dishwasher codes there is no user fix: Electrolux's stated advice is to request a service engineer and to quote the code when booking. Applies to Electrolux fridge freezers fitted with a digital display.
Usually: Failed or out-of-tolerance thermostat/temperature sensor, a damaged sensor lead, or a control board that has lost the sensor signal.
Electrolux sells in the UAE under named series: UltimateCare washing machines, PerfectCare and UltimateCare dryers including heat-pump models, and UltimateTaste cooking.
Electrolux UAE listings quote a full model code with a regional suffix, and that suffix changes which parts fit.
We confirm the exact part, its availability and the expected wait with you before the repair is approved. Where an original part is discontinued or slow to source, we say so and tell you what the alternative is before anything is fitted — including whether it is an OEM part or a high-grade equivalent.
We serve Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays, with no out-of-hours surcharge. Our registered office is in Ajman and our technicians travel to you.
E10 means the machine did not receive the water it was waiting for. Before calling anyone, check the tap is fully open, the inlet hose is not kinked behind the machine, and the small filter screen where the hose meets the tap is not silted up - hard water in the UAE blocks these quickly. If the tap is open and pressure elsewhere in the flat is fine, the inlet valve or the level sensing is likely at fault and needs a technician. We are open 24/7 and cover Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi.
E20 means the water is not draining in the time the programme allows. The most common cause is the drain pump filter, usually behind a small flap at the bottom front of the machine - coins, hairpins and lint collect there. Put a towel and a shallow tray down first, because it will release water. If the filter is clear and the drain hose is not kinked or pushed too far into the waste pipe, the pump itself or the household waste line is the problem and should be looked at properly.
No. UNITECH HOME BUILDING MAINTENANCE L.L.C, trading as 24x7 Customer Care, is an independent appliance repair company. We have no affiliation with Electrolux or its manufacturer network. If your appliance is still inside the manufacturer's own warranty, you should use the manufacturer's own support route first, because an independent repair can affect that cover.
That pattern usually is i20, which means the machine could not pump its water away. Start with the filter assembly in the base of the tub - lift it out and rinse off the food debris, and check the spray arms are not blocked. Also check the sink waste the dishwasher drains into. If the tub still holds water after that, the drain pump or the hose run needs attention. If it shows i30 instead, stop using it - that is the flood protection reacting to water in the base tray, and it should be diagnosed before you run another cycle.
Not necessarily, and it is worth resisting anyone who says that before looking. Poor cooling in July and August is very often airflow rather than refrigerant - a frosted evaporator, a failed fan, condenser coils packed with dust, or a door seal that no longer closes cleanly in a hot kitchen. If the display is showing F1 or F2, Electrolux describes that as a thermostat or temperature-sensing fault, which is a component-level repair rather than a gas job. A technician should confirm the cause before any sealed-system work is discussed.
The call-out charge is waived when you approve the repair. If you decide not to go ahead after the diagnosis, the call-out applies. The technician tells you the cost before any work starts.
Yes - 90 days on both parts and labour. If the same fault returns within that period we come back and put it right.
We cover Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi, and we operate 24/7. Late-evening and weekend visits are normal for us, which helps if the machine failed at the worst possible moment and you cannot take time off work.
E40 means the control cannot confirm the door is closed and locked. Sometimes it is as simple as a garment caught in the seal stopping the door from seating. If the door is genuinely shut and the code persists, the interlock or its wiring is the usual culprit. Do not force the door - on a front-loader the interlock keeps it shut for a reason, and forcing it turns a small part into a bigger repair.
Call-out fees, VAT and what each repair typically costs are set out on our pricing page. What the 90-day cover includes, and what it does not, is on warranty terms.
