We are a licensed UAE repair company working across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, 24 hours a day. Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labour, and the call-out is waived when you approve the work. If your appliance is still under La Germania warranty, use La Germania's own service channel first — an independent repair may affect that cover.
We service La Germania ranges, ovens, cooktops and cooker hoods. Every fault is tested and confirmed before any part is replaced, and you approve the price before work starts.
The single most useful thing you can do before you call is find the rating plate. On these ranges it is usually behind the bottom drawer or along the inside edge of the oven door frame, and it carries three things that decide the whole repair: the full model code, the gas category the unit was built for, and the injector size fitted at the factory.
That matters here more than in Europe. These ranges are sold across several markets on different gas, and a unit that has moved home — brought in personally, bought second-hand, or shipped with a family relocating — is frequently still set up for the gas it left the factory on. The symptoms of a mis-jetted range read exactly like a fault:
We check gas category and injector size before we condemn any component. Replacing a thermostat on a range that simply needs the correct jets is an expensive way to not fix the problem, and we would rather tell you that on the first visit.
Once gas type is ruled out, La Germania faults in UAE homes cluster tightly. There is no diagnostic screen on these units — they are knob-and-valve appliances with at most a clock module — so every one of these is confirmed by measurement rather than read off a display:
The badge is a small round enamel roundel carrying a winged wheel and the founding year, usually on the oven door or the front plinth — customers often describe the appliance to us by that badge rather than by name. Locally the 90 cm free-standing range dominates: five burners over a large single oven, stainless with either a mirrored or a solid door, and a warming or storage drawer beneath. The mid-market series turn up far more often than the top-end ones, which suits how these are sold here — they go into villa kitchens as the main cooking appliance rather than as part of a fitted luxury suite. Colour and door finish vary across the same model code, so a door glass, trim strip or plinth must be matched on finish as well as on the model number.
La Germania does not publish consumer-facing stock levels or delivery times for UAE spares, so we do not quote a lead time we cannot stand behind.
In practice the split is clear. Consumable and wear items — thermocouples, electrodes, injectors, oven elements, knobs, door seals — are straightforward and we usually carry or source them quickly. Model-specific structural parts, such as an oven door glass, a control fascia or a burner assembly for one particular series, are lower volume and can take longer. We confirm the exact part, its availability and the expected wait with you before the repair is approved, and where an original part is discontinued or slow to source we say so and tell you what the alternative is before anything is fitted — including whether it is an OEM part or a high-grade equivalent.
We serve Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays, with no out-of-hours surcharge. Our registered office is in Ajman and our technicians travel to you.
Probably not broken — probably set up for a different gas. A correctly jetted burner on the gas supplied here gives a tight blue flame with a small inner cone. Yellow, lazy flames that lift off the burner and leave soot mean the air-to-gas mixture is wrong, which comes down to injector size, the air shutter setting, or regulator pressure. It is also worth taking seriously rather than living with: incomplete combustion is what produces the soot, and a kitchen that is not well ventilated should not be running a burner in that state. Tell us where the range came from when you call and we will bring the right injector set to the first visit.
On a gas oven the two usual causes are a jetting or regulator problem, and a tired thermostat. They are easy to tell apart with a probe thermometer: if the oven climbs steadily but stops well short of the dial, that points at gas supply and jetting; if it overshoots, undershoots or swings widely around the set point, that points at the thermostat or its sensor phial. A third possibility we check on older units is the door seal — a range that has lost its seal simply cannot hold temperature no matter how good the burner is.
Yes, and it is common — a large share of what we attend was not bought locally. Mechanically these are the same appliances, but gas category, injector size and sometimes the electrical supply differ between markets. That is not a fault, it is a commissioning job, and it is far cheaper than most people expect. Any manufacturer warranty stays between you and whoever sold it to you; on our side we set the appliance up correctly for the gas it is actually running on and test every burner before we leave.
No. UNITECH HOME BUILDING MAINTENANCE L.L.C, trading as 24x7 Customer Care, is an independent repair company with no affiliation to the manufacturer. We say that plainly because it matters to your decision: if your appliance is still inside its manufacturer warranty, check with the retailer you bought it from before booking an independent repair, as using one can affect that cover. For out-of-warranty ranges, an independent repair is usually the faster and cheaper route.
Almost never. The spark generator serves every burner from one unit, so if it had failed you would have no spark anywhere. A single dead burner isolates to that burner's own electrode or its lead — cracked ceramic, a corroded tip, moisture tracking after a spill, or a lead that has chafed against the chassis. Cleaning or replacing one electrode is a small job. Be wary of anyone quoting a full ignition system on those symptoms.
We give a 90-day warranty on the parts we fit and the labour we carry out. The call-out charge is waived when you go ahead with the repair — you only pay it if you decide not to proceed after diagnosis. These are premium Italian ranges and the rates shown above reflect that; the figure you approve before we start is the figure you pay. We cover Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi, and the line is open 24/7.
Call-out fees, VAT and what each repair typically costs are set out on our pricing page. What the 90-day cover includes, and what it does not, is on warranty terms.
