We are a licensed UAE repair company working across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, 24 hours a day. Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labour, and the call-out is waived when you approve the work. If your appliance is still under LG warranty, use LG's own service channel first — an independent repair may affect that cover.
We service LG washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers and air conditioners. Every fault is tested and confirmed before any part is replaced, and you approve the price before work starts.
These are codes we are called out for on LG appliances in the UAE. A code narrows the search — it does not name the broken part on its own, which is why every job starts with a test rather than a guess.
The washer did not pump the water out within the time the control allows, so it stops the cycle and reports a drain fault. Usual causes are a blocked drain filter/pump, a kinked or badly routed drain hose, or a standpipe/house drain restriction.
Usually: Blocked or unclean drain pump filter, a kinked, trapped or blocked drain hose, or a drain pump that has failed or jammed. Heavy detergent foam can also trick the pump into reporting a drain failure.
The drum did not reach the water level the programme requires within the allowed fill time, so the machine stops and reports a water supply problem. Usual causes are a closed or partly closed tap, a kinked inlet hose, or a clogged inlet valve filter screen.
Usually: Tap closed or partly closed, low mains water pressure, a kinked inlet hose, a clogged inlet mesh strainer at the hose connection, or a failed water inlet valve.
Water has collected in the base pan under the dishwasher, where it should not be. The float rises and trips the leak microswitch, so the machine stops filling and typically runs the drain pump to protect against a flood. Common sources are a loose hose or clamp, a seeping inlet valve, a worn door or sump seal, or excess detergent foaming over into the base.
Usually: A leak from the door gasket, an internal hose, a fitting or the sump. Excess foam from hand dishwashing liquid used in place of dishwasher detergent can also push water past the normal level and trip the same switch.
The defrost cycle ran beyond its one-hour limit without the defrost sensor reaching its termination temperature, so the control flags a defrost fault. It means the evaporator is not clearing as it should — usually a failed defrost heater, a faulty defrost sensor/thermostat, or a heavily iced evaporator.
Usually: A failed defrost heater, a faulty or disconnected defrost sensor, or a control board that is not ending the defrost cycle. Left unresolved it usually shows up as poor cooling and frost build-up.
The indoor unit is not receiving the expected communication signal from the outdoor unit on an LG inverter system, so the control reports a communication failure between the two units. Common causes are damaged or loose interconnecting communication wiring, incorrect terminal connections, loss of power to the outdoor unit, or a failed indoor or outdoor PCB.
Usually: Power interrupted to the outdoor unit or a tripped breaker, loose, damaged or rodent-chewed interconnecting communication wiring, or a failed indoor or outdoor control board. LG's own guidance is to reset power at the breaker and, if it returns, have a technician inspect it.
In laundry LG's UAE range covers TWINWash, TurboWash and WashTower units, washer-dryer combinations and standalone tumble dryers. InstaView Door-in-Door is the refrigerator family LG promotes locally, dishwashers are sold as QuadWash, and the UAE air-conditioning range splits into tropical and non-tropical models — the tropical rating matters in the Gulf, because those units are built for sustained high ambient temperatures.
LG does not publish consumer-facing stock levels or delivery times for UAE spares, so we do not quote a lead time we cannot stand behind.
We confirm the exact part, its availability and the expected wait with you before the repair is approved. Where an original part is discontinued or slow to source, we say so and tell you what the alternative is before anything is fitted — including whether it is an OEM part or a high-grade equivalent.
We serve Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays, with no out-of-hours surcharge. Our registered office is in Ajman and our technicians travel to you.
No. UNITECH HOME BUILDING MAINTENANCE L.L.C, trading as 24x7 Customer Care, is an independent appliance repair company. We are not appointed by the manufacturer and have no affiliation with LG. We repair LG appliances as a third-party specialist, and the LG name is used here only to describe the equipment we work on.
OE means the machine could not pump its water out in time. Two things are safe to check yourself: that the drain hose behind the machine is not kinked, crushed against the wall or pushed too far down the standpipe, and that the drain pump filter behind the small access flap at the bottom front is clear. Put a shallow tray and towels down first, because water will come out. If both are clear and OE returns, the pump or the wiring to it usually needs attention and it is time to book a technician.
CH05 means the indoor unit has lost the communication signal from the outdoor unit, so the system will not run properly. It is worth switching the unit off at the breaker, waiting around five minutes and switching it back on, since a supply interruption can cause it. If the code comes straight back, the cause is usually the interconnecting wiring or a control board and it needs someone on site — it is not something to keep resetting through a Dubai summer.
We cover Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi.
The call-out charge is waived when you approve the repair. You are told what is wrong and what it will cost before any work starts, so you can decide.
Yes. We give a 90-day warranty covering both the parts we fit and the labour. If the same fault returns within that period, come back to us.
If the appliance is still within the manufacturer's warranty period, go back to the manufacturer's own network first — that cover is free to you, and having an outside company open the appliance can affect it. Check your warranty paperwork before deciding. We are the sensible option once that cover has expired, or for appliances the manufacturer's warranty no longer applies to.
We operate 24/7, so bookings are taken at any hour. That matters most for a failed refrigerator or an AC that has stopped in peak summer, where waiting until the next working day means spoiled food or an unusable home.
dH indicates the defrost sequence has run far longer than it should, which points to ice not clearing off the evaporator. It usually comes with poor cooling and visible frost. The likely causes are a defrost heater, a defrost sensor or the control board, and all three need testing on site — emptying and switching the fridge off overnight may clear the ice temporarily, but the fault will return.
AE means water has been sensed in the base of the machine and a float switch has cut the fill to stop a flood. Sometimes the cause is simply the wrong detergent — hand dishwashing liquid creates foam that overflows into the base — so try a proper dishwasher detergent first. If AE returns, there is a genuine leak from a seal, hose or the sump and the machine should not be run until it is found.
Call-out fees, VAT and what each repair typically costs are set out on our pricing page. What the 90-day cover includes, and what it does not, is on warranty terms.
