We are a licensed UAE repair company working across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, 24 hours a day. Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labour, and the call-out is waived when you approve the work. If your appliance is still under Miele warranty, use Miele's own service channel first — an independent repair may affect that cover.
We service Miele washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens and vacuum cleaners. Every fault is tested and confirmed before any part is replaced, and you approve the price before work starts.
These are codes we are called out for on Miele appliances in the UAE. A code narrows the search — it does not name the broken part on its own, which is why every job starts with a test rather than a guess.
Speed sensor (tachogenerator) fault. The tacho on the drive motor is no longer sending a usable drum-speed signal, so the control unit cannot verify the drum is turning at the commanded speed and stops the programme. Typical causes are a failed tachogenerator, worn motor carbon brushes, a broken or unplugged tacho lead, or a faulty motor control board. Diagnosis requires a technician - a healthy tacho reads roughly a couple of volts AC when the drum is turned by hand.
Usually: Faulty speed sensor (tachogenerator) or its wiring loom, worn motor carbon brushes on brush-type motors, or a motor that has stalled under load.
Drainage fault. Waste water is not being cleared within the time the programme expects, so the cycle stops with water standing in the bottom of the wash cabinet. Usual causes are a blocked filter combination, an obstructed or jammed drain pump impeller, debris or deposits in the drain hose, a kinked drain hose, or a fault at the non-return valve or the sink waste connection.
Usually: Blocked filter or drain pump impeller, a kinked or badly routed drain hose, or a partially blocked household waste connection.
Waterproof System activated. The float in the base tray under the machine has lifted, so the control reads it as water where there should be none and locks the programme out - only a small amount is needed to trigger it. The leak commonly comes from the pump housing, a loose hose clamp, a perished door seal at the lower corners, or heavy over-sudsing; a failed float switch or damaged float wiring can also trigger F70 with no actual leak. Miele's own guidance is to switch off, disconnect from the electricity supply and call a technician.
Usually: A genuine leak from a hose joint, door seal, sump or tank, or a float switch that has stuck up after an earlier small leak. Miele's own guidance is to shut the tap and isolate the machine from the socket before anything else.
Maximum drying time exceeded. On a residual-moisture (sensor-controlled) programme the load still had not reached the target dryness after the 180-minute maximum the dryer allows, so it ends the programme and reports the fault rather than running on indefinitely. Miele's own first checks are to reduce the load size to within the maximum for that programme, spin the wash at a higher speed in the washing machine first, and clean the fluff filters (a wet or clogged filter chokes airflow). If it recurs after that, it needs a technician - typically the moisture sensors, the condenser or heat-pump air path, or a restricted duct.
Usually: Restricted airflow from clogged lint filters or a blocked condenser or heat-exchanger, a failing fan, or moisture sensors coated in detergent residue and misreading the load.
Miele's UAE laundry range is the W1 front-loader family, listed locally as WWD and WWG models. Dishwashers are the G-series, with G5000 machines on UAE retail shelves and G7000-generation units in Miele's own support material. Floorcare includes the bagless Blizzard CX1, and built-in cooking covers ovens and microwave ovens.
Miele parts in the UAE are generally supplied through the brand's own regional channel rather than the open aftermarket, which realistically affects how quickly a component arrives. We confirm the actual wait with you at diagnosis rather than promising a figure we cannot hold to.
We confirm the exact part, its availability and the expected wait with you before the repair is approved. Where an original part is discontinued or slow to source, we say so and tell you what the alternative is before anything is fitted — including whether it is an OEM part or a high-grade equivalent.
We serve Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays, with no out-of-hours surcharge. Our registered office is in Ajman and our technicians travel to you.
Switch the machine off at the wall, note the exact code and let the drum cool before you open it. An F code is the machine telling you which system it lost confidence in, not a diagnosis on its own - the same code can come from a blocked filter or a failed component. Call us with the code and the model number and we will tell you what is likely involved. We are an independent repair company, reachable 24/7, and we cover Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi.
We come to you. Built-in Miele dishwashers, ovens and washer-dryers are diagnosed and repaired in place wherever possible, since pulling a fitted machine out of a run of cabinetry is usually the last resort rather than the first step.
The call-out charge is waived when you approve the repair. You will be told what the fault is and what the repair costs before any work starts, so you can decide with the price in front of you.
90 days on both the parts we fit and the labour. If the same fault returns inside that window, we come back and deal with it.
Treat it as urgent. F70 means the leak-protection system has tripped, which the machine reads as water somewhere it should not be. Close the water tap to the machine, unplug it, and do not keep resetting it and trying again - if there is a live leak, restarting simply lets more water out. Call us and we will trace where it is coming from.
No. UNITECH HOME BUILDING MAINTENANCE L.L.C, trading as 24x7 Customer Care, is an independent repair company. We are not an agent for Miele and we have no affiliation with the manufacturer. If your appliance is still inside its manufacturer warranty, contact the manufacturer's own service channel first, because an independent repair may affect that warranty.
Often yes. If the dryer ends the programme early or reports a drying fault, the usual cause is airflow rather than a dead machine - clogged lint filters, a blocked condenser or heat exchanger, or a fan that is no longer moving enough air. It is worth cleaning the filters and condenser first. If it still will not dry, the moisture sensors or the heating circuit need checking.
Usually it is, and it is often simple. Loss of suction on a Miele vacuum is most commonly a full bag or dust bin, a saturated filter, or a blockage in the hose, wand or floorhead. If those are clear and suction is still weak, the motor or the seals need looking at. Bring us the model number and we can advise before you book.
Call-out fees, VAT and what each repair typically costs are set out on our pricing page. What the 90-day cover includes, and what it does not, is on warranty terms.
