We are a licensed UAE repair company working across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, 24 hours a day. Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labour, and the call-out is waived when you approve the work. If your appliance is still under Wolf warranty, use Wolf's own service channel first — an independent repair may affect that cover.
We service Wolf ranges, ovens and cooktops. Every fault is tested and confirmed before any part is replaced, and you approve the price before work starts.
These are codes we are called out for on Wolf appliances in the UAE. A code narrows the search — it does not name the broken part on its own, which is why every job starts with a test rather than a guess.
The oven control has lost communication with the oven controller — the two halves of the control system are no longer exchanging data. Wolf's only listed step is to switch the unit's circuit breaker off for 30 seconds, restore power and retest; if the message returns, it needs service.
Usually: A broken or loose communication connection between the control panel and the oven controller board. the manufacturer's own advice is to cut power at the breaker and restore it; if the message comes back they state no further owner-level troubleshooting is available and a technician is needed.
Either the control drove the door lock motor and never saw the lock or unlock switch report back within 60 seconds, so it cannot confirm the door's latch state; or a door-state change was detected during heating, typically from the door being slammed shut. Because the second cause is often self-clearing, a breaker reset is worth trying before booking a technician.
Usually: A faulty or misaligned door lock switch, a failing lock motor, or the door being slammed mid-cycle so the lock state changes while the oven is heating. Manufacturer advice is a breaker reset and a retest in bake mode; a repeat means service.
The range control drove the door lock motor but neither the locked nor the unlocked switch was sensed within 60 seconds, so the control cannot verify the door latch position. Typically shows up around the self-clean cycle, where the latch is actually used.
Usually: Door lock switch failure, a jammed or worn latch assembly, or a lock motor that is not completing its travel. the manufacturer lists a breaker power cycle and retest as the only owner step before service.
The oven control has diagnosed the relay board as faulty. Wolf's listed step is to switch the home circuit breaker off for 30 seconds, restore power and retest; if E51 returns, the board needs a technician. Applies to the legacy SO24 E Series oven only.
Usually: A failed relay board. The manufacturer's page gives only a 30-second breaker-off reset and retest; if E51 returns they state no further troubleshooting advice exists and the board needs professional attention.
The control has detected the bake element relay as shorted — the contacts are stuck closed, so the element can no longer be switched off cleanly. Reset the home circuit breaker for 30 seconds and retest; if 0021 returns, Wolf lists no further customer troubleshooting and it needs service.
Usually: A shorted bake element relay on the control board. Advice from the manufacturer is a 30-second breaker cycle and retest, with service required if the code persists.
The oven has detected a short-circuit condition on the plug-in food temperature probe. Wolf's fix is to check the probe connector is fully seated in its receptacle and reset the oven and probe temperatures; if it persists, replace the probe, then reset power at the breaker to clear the message. Applies to L Series and E Series wall ovens.
Usually: A failed temperature probe, or moisture and debris in the probe socket. the manufacturer's stated fix is to replace the temperature probe and then clear the message with a breaker reset.
Wolf cooking appliances are grouped into named oven series: the M Series and E Series appear in the manufacturer's own material, alongside L Series wall ovens and dual fuel ranges. Each series uses a different fault-code set, so the series matters as much as the model number when a code is read off the display.
Wolf is a specialist cooking brand with a limited UAE dealer network, so parts are ordered against the series and model rather than held as general stock. We confirm availability with you at diagnosis.
We confirm the exact part, its availability and the expected wait with you before the repair is approved. Where an original part is discontinued or slow to source, we say so and tell you what the alternative is before anything is fitted — including whether it is an OEM part or a high-grade equivalent.
We serve Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays, with no out-of-hours surcharge. Our registered office is in Ajman and our technicians travel to you.

No. 24x7 Customer Care is the trading name of UNITECH HOME BUILDING MAINTENANCE L.L.C, an independent repair company. We are not an agent for Wolf and we have no affiliation with the manufacturer or its distributor. We repair the appliance as a third-party workshop, which is why we are upfront about it before you book.
Call whoever sold or installed it first. While a Wolf appliance is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, having an independent company open it can affect that cover, and you would be paying for something the warranty may have handled at no cost. We would rather tell you that than take the job. Once the warranty has expired, or if the fault falls outside it, we are happy to look at it.
Write down exactly what the display says, including whether it is a number such as 01 or E51 or words such as COMM ERR or Probe Shorted, and note which model it is. Then switch the appliance off at the consumer unit for about half a minute and back on. Wolf's own support material treats that power cycle as the first step for several of these messages, and it does sometimes clear a one-off glitch. If the same message returns, stop using the appliance and give us the code when you call — it tells the technician what to bring.
Not always. Some Wolf codes point at a specific component — a bake element relay or a temperature probe, for example — while others, particularly the door-latch codes, can be a switch or a latch that has drifted out of alignment rather than a failed board. We diagnose on site before quoting so you know which situation you are in rather than guessing from the display.
Yes. Most gas cooktops have no display and therefore show no fault code at all, so the absence of a code tells you nothing about how serious the problem is. Clicking without ignition is usually diagnosed by inspection — burner cap seating, a soiled or cracked igniter, moisture after a spill, or a gas supply issue. Treat any persistent gas smell as urgent, shut the supply off and call us.
Yes. We give a 90-day warranty covering both the parts we fit and the labour. If the same fault comes back within that window, we return and deal with it.
There is a call-out charge for the visit, but it is waived if you approve the repair. In practice that means if you go ahead with the work you are paying for the repair, not for the diagnosis on top of it.
It depends entirely on the part. Wolf is a low-volume premium brand in this market and some components are ordered in rather than held on a shelf locally. We confirm the expected timeframe with you before you approve anything, so the decision is yours with the waiting time already on the table.
Call-out fees, VAT and what each repair typically costs are set out on our pricing page. What the 90-day cover includes, and what it does not, is on warranty terms.
